We have worked with May I Serve U exclusively for rentals for the last six years, and we are not only grateful for the amazing service they provide but also for getting to work with some of the nicest people out there. Nuwan and Anagi work alongside their staff and their hands-on interaction in the showroom and deliveries assure that every detail is done perfectly. How do rentals work when working with May I Serve U?
Our couples and patrons work with their designated day-of coordinator to create a floorplan and pick their rentals. May I Serve U have a great open-door policy and our couples and coordinators are able to go in and look at all of their available rentals.
Our coordinating team will normally create a plan A and B floor plan with our couples and patrons. We are an indoor-outdoor venue, and we always want to plan if the weather were to change. The day of your event, depending on whether your event is taking place in our big room or our gardens, May I Serve U always makes sure to have the most updated floor plan the day of. This flexibility allows our couples and patrons to make any last-minute changes they would like to, be it due to weather or just finding a certain table would work better in a different spot!
