Artspace111 Weekend Rental Package Includes

8 hour event:  set-up | event | break-down

l hour for ceremony rehearsal the night before (if applicable)

Full use of indoor gallery and two outdoor sculpture gardens

On-site gallery liaison during event

l security guard during event

Artspace111 provides a full day of coordination which includes:

vendor suggestion | floor plan | timelines

Vendors:  You may work with any caterer & bring in your own alcohol.

Additional Costs: We require that you go through Artspace111 for all equipment/furniture rentals, valet, bartenders, and wait staff (unless your caterer company provides their own staff).

 Deposit: We require a $1000 deposit and signed contract to reserve your date. If there is no damage to the facility or violations of our contract, your full deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your event.
